Mike Brennan serves as CEO and Managing Partner of Quest Products. Mike joined Quest over 12 years ago, and under his guidance the company has transformed itself from a Distributor model to a CPG organization marketing and selling its own brands.

Prior to Quest Products, he worked for several large OTC and Pharma companies to include Wyeth, Kendall Healthcare and Novartis.

Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Loras College.

She joined Quest in 2019. Prior to Quest, Anne held progressive Marketing roles at SC Johnson, in Paris, France, and London, England before relocating to the United States where she led several of their Global Brands.

Anne received her Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from ESSEC Business School in France.

He joined Quest Products in October of 2019. Prior to Quest, Jeff held Sales Leadership roles for large OTC Pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis and GSK.

He joined Quest Products in March of 2023. Prior to Quest, Ken worked for Nestle across several of their divisions in progressive sales roles, culminating in leading the Health Science E-Commerce and Channel Expansion teams and their Field Sales organization.

David joined Quest in March of 2022. Prior to Quest, he has served in Financial Leadership positions across multiple sectors, most recently as CFO of Flexan – a global medical device manufacturer.

David received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Indiana University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff trained as a scientist at Amherst College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and then at the University of Washington where he earned a further degree in materials science and mechanical engineering. After working as a chemist at the start-up Rocket Research Corporation, he entered law school and obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Washington and then studied patent law at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

Jeff co-founded the patent law firm Graybeal Jackson Haley in Bellevue, Washington, from which he retired in 2006. As a patent lawyer specializing in start-up companies, Jeff helped many inventors develop their inventions and build successful businesses.

This unique combination of scientific, entrepreneurial, and legal experience allowed Jeff to function as product inventor, founder, chief scientist, and CEO. Jeff developed and patented the best remedy for xerostomia, XyliMelts for Dry Mouth. He founded a company to take it to market, set up a factory and modified machines to manufacture it, handled US sales, and set up distributors in Canada, UK, Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Australia, Bangladesh, Korea, Taiwan, and China. Then he sold his company to Quest Products where he is a Vice President for R&D and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs.

Vern has 35 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in topical formulation design and process scaleup. “Innovation is more than just making better products; the real goal is to develop solutions for the unmet and underserved needs of people.”

His first introduction to Health Sciences was working part for a summer in the laboratory of Dr. Andy Anderson professor of Microbiology and chair for Oregon State University Microbiology Department. Later he worked as a production formulator for All Bright Products, Inc., producing consumer products and learning process design.

This background served as a foundation for his working for Tec Laboratories, Inc starting in 1989. Where he served in many different areas of the company including, Operations, Quality Control, New Product Development, process and facility design. During this time, he received more than 5 years of tutoring in compounding for Dr. Mark Christensen who taught pharmaceutical compounding at OSU. Vernon served for 9 years as a Board member and 3 years on the finance committee for Cascade Employers Association. Through the years he has started several small companies including Hipster Logic LLC, which developed custom software and operating systems.

Formal training includes chemistry, microbiology, and technical writing. Coursework from ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers) is in USP Purified Water System Design, Process Validation, Facility Audits, OTC (Over the Counter) Drug formulation and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). He graduated from OSU Dual enrollment program in Computer Science with Honors.

He is listed as an inventor on 5 patents and numerous other patent applications.

Dr. Cutler (AKA Doctor Butler) has performed duties as a specialist in the field of Proctology during 30 years as a practicing physician. He has enjoyed successfully integrating patient care both from an efficiency standpoint and as a practical approach to holistic and preventative medicine.

Additionally, Dr. Cutler has made significant advances in the practice of Proctology including: Expansion of practical office based treatments of colorectal disorders; Adjunctive treatment advances in long-term therapy of colorectal disorders; Infrared light based therapy advances in treatment of hemorrhoid disease; FDA protocols for medication development, formulation and compounding; Wound Healing principals and the development, including production of medication based on the practical application of these concepts; Research into development for clinical applications of early detection system to prevent anorectal cancer progression, and reduction for the potential to spread viral pathogens.

Dr. Cutler also performs FDA approved Clinical Trials and has had formal research training: Human Subject Assurance Training, OHRP/NIH and Good Clinical Practice for Investigators, Quintiles.
