Mike Brennan

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Brennan serves as CEO and Managing Partner of Quest Products.  Mike joined Quest over 12 years ago, and under his guidance the company has transformed itself from a Distributor model to a CPG organization marketing and selling its own brands.

Prior to Quest Products, he worked for several large OTC and Pharma companies to include Wyeth, Kendall Healthcare and Novartis.

Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Loras College.

Anne Brolly

Senior Vice President of Marketing

Anne Brolly serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing, and in this role leads all Marketing activities to include Branding and Communication, as well as Product Innovation.

She joined Quest in 2019. Prior to Quest, Anne held progressive Marketing roles at SC Johnson, in Paris, France, and London, England before relocating to the United States where she led several of their Global Brands.

Anne received her Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from ESSEC Business School in France.

Jeff Featherstone

Senior Vice President of Sales

Jeff Featherstone serves as Senior Vice President of Sales, and in this role has full responsibility for Field Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Development.

He joined Quest Products in October of 2019. Prior to Quest, Jeff held Sales Leadership roles for large OTC Pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis and GSK.

Jeff received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Ken Kotkin

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Ken serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development, and is responsible for our E-Commerce sales strategies, International Sales, Channel Strategies, and Acquisition due diligence and integration.

He joined Quest Products in March of 2023.  Prior to Quest, Ken worked for Nestle across several of their divisions in progressive sales roles, culminating in leading the Health Science E-Commerce and Channel Expansion teams and their Field Sales organization.

Ken received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey

Mark McGreevy

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Mark McGreevy serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development, and is also a Managing Partner. His responsibilities include management of the Healthcare business, International Sales and overseas Legal.

Mark has been with Quest Products for over 11 years, and prior to his time here held progressive sales roles in multiple CPG companies including SSL International and Reckitt Benckiser.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Kansas.

David Milner

Chief Financial Officer

David Milner serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for all aspects of Quest Products’ financial performance and reporting.

David joined Quest in March of 2022.  Prior to Quest, he has served in Financial Leadership positions across multiple sectors, most recently as CFO of Flexan – a global medical device manufacturer.

David received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Indiana University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rob Ruff

Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations

Rob serves as Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations, and in that role manages Quest Products’ sales forecasting, analytics, and inventory.

He joined Quest Products in October 0f 2020. Prior to Quest, Rob worked for Sales in large CPG organizations such as Loreal, and Church and Dwight, and also supported Consumer Analytics companies IRI and TABS Group.

Rob received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University.

Nate Krudop

Vice President of Human Resources

Nate Krudop serves as Vice President of Human Resources, and is responsible for all People Operations, Talent Development, and Compensation and Benefits strategy.

He joined Quest Products in December of 2020, after 20 years of progressive Human Resources roles in large food companies like Kraft Foods and Campbell Soup.

Nate attended the University of Illinois and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial relations.
